Konce Labs is a custom software development studio based in Serbia. This website serves as a presentation channel for the studio and its production-grade products.

koncelabs.com is designed to collect as little data as possible. We only receive information that you knowingly provide or that is technically necessary for the site to function.

• Data you enter in the contact form: full name, email, company or team name and a short description of your inquiry. This data is sent via your email client to our address and is not stored in a separate database.
• Technical preferences stored by your browser: your selected theme (light/dark) and selected site language are stored in the browser's local storage / cookie so your experience stays consistent.
• Standard server logs maintained by the hosting provider (IP address, access time, user-agent), used only to ensure availability and security of the site.

We process personal data only to respond to your inquiry, conduct business communication about a possible project, and to maintain the security and functionality of the site.

The data is not used for automated profiling or marketing analytics, and it is not sold to third parties.

Processing of your data is based on the following legal grounds under applicable regulations (including the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR where it applies):
